Mr. Chhay Sothet is currently the Program Manager responsible for overall management of ADG Cambodia. He has educational background on Economic Development and Business Administration from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). He has more than two years of experience working with private sector on agricultural market research and setting up rice milling factory. He has over seven years of experience working in development sector on project management, capacity building, value chain analysis, and business development including business plan preparation for agricultural cooperative.
