Monitoring And Evaluation Officer at GIZ in Fort Dauphin – Madagascar.

Léonce Hancel is an economist by training specialized in Food security in developing countries. He holds a Research Master degree in Food Security and Master degree in Project management for developing countries from Paris 11-Sud University-France.

For the last four years, ha has been working in Madagascar on food security project. Since 2014, he is working M&E officer for a food security and value chain development project implemented by GIZ in the southern part of Madagascar.
